All our empty plots come with an optional furniture pack that can be deleted if not required. Otherwise, all our properties come fully furnished, including carpets, curtains, furniture, and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen. This includes colour-matched furnishings that complement the interior décor.

Do Your Homes Come with A Warranty?

If your property comes with a metro-tiled roof, then this will be covered by a 40-year warranty against water ingress. All properties are covered by an extensive warranty that covers against structural defects for up to a decade from the date the property was delivered.

All properties are also covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty which covers all integrated appliances and white goods. As with the structural defect warranty, this comes into effect from the date the property is delivered.
